Hello! My name is Atsumi, a Japanese mom living in Houston, Texas.
Early last year I made some handmade masks for my family and some friends. After receiving overwhelming response, I began making more masks and eventually started selling them.

Craftuno is the combination of the words “Craft” and “Uno (One)”. Together these words represent my hope to create and make original handicraft items that are one-of-a-kind. In addition, our beloved son’s name also means “One”.

Together with my passion towards handicraft, I also love baking vegan sweets and cooking mostly vegan — sometimes vegetarian — dishes. I really love to see the surprised faces of my friends, who thought vegan/vegetarian food was bland or not tasty, when they try my creations.
